Responsibilities:

• Lead team as a coach and mentor
• Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service
• Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures
• Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members
• Support the development of a high performing team
• Assist in achieving budget goals for labor and food cost
• Rally and work as a team to provide excellent guest service
