If you are searching for a career with an organization whose priority is to provide the best client service with a team-based approach, then you are in the right place.Schedule:Monday to Thursday 7 AM-6 PM, 7-2:30 PM Friday8-hour shifts (staggered open hours may be implemented to provide patients greater access)Primary Responsibilities:Perform new-patient evaluations/examsCreate a plan of care that sets goals and completion dateEquip patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises; track progressProvide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of careDocument care while working with the patientEducate patients on additional products and services that may enhance treatment and wellnessQualifications and Skills:A true sense of care for our clients and an interest in guiding people to successExcellent communication and teaching skillsExperience developing care plans to provide optimal care in an outpatient settingInterest in learning FYZICAL's proprietary vestibular care protocols and making treatment of balance issues a part of your PT practice.A self-starter and can work independently to care for patients and achieve the clinic's goalsMotivated by serving othersA high-level of organization, both professionally and personallyAbility to complete your documentation while treating clientsEnjoy partnering with others to accomplish tasksDoctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (preferred)A current Texas State License for Physical Therapy (PT)Current CPR certificationPrevious experience in the outpatient physical therapy setting (preferred)Thank you for your interest in the position!
