Remote Management Consultant

Communication and Change Management Consultant Help companies of all sizes and industries solve their greatest challenges by designing and leading change initiatives that transform organization culture, processes, and technology. Location: Remote or Hybrid in Philadelphia, PA. Full‑time. Duration: 6+ months. Compensation: $60–$75 per hour (W2) or $104,400 yearly. Responsibilities Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and assessments to identify change needs. Design, develop, and deliver solutions in communication, change management, and organizational design. Manage conflict, build consensus, and facilitate workshops and joint sessions. Document complex requirements, scenarios, and change impact analyses. Drive project management activities including planning, scheduling, and risk mitigation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field. Operations and Manufacturing industry knowledge preferred. Minimum years of project management experience. Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Demonstrated ability to manage conflict and build consensus.
