Coverage may be divided among physicians with defined handoffs; this is not a requirement for one physician to work a continuous 16-hour shift. Separate weekend daytime coverage: 8 AM–4 PM. Holiday coverage to be finalized. Flexible recurring assignments and block arrangements may be considered, including seven nights on / seven nights off for an agreed overnight segment. Recruit physicians for primary coverage and credentialed backup.
