What You'll Do

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
  • Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes promptly
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Educate patients and families about care plans and health management
  • Document care activities accurately and timely
  • Uphold safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards

What You Need

Required:
  • Valid Florida RN license
  • 2+ years of professional nursing experience in a hospital setting
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records and computer applications
  • Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
Preferred:
  • Certification in a clinical specialty area (e.g., Critical Care, Med-Surg)
  • Experience working on a PCU or similar unit
