Position Overview

We are seeking friendly, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Scheduling & Booking Assistant focused on hotel bookings. In this role, you will assist clients with researching, planning, and securing hotel accommodations that align with their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with selecting and booking hotel accommodations
• Provide accurate information on hotel options, amenities, pricing, and availability
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth client experience
• Stay informed on travel trends and hotel offerings
• Participate in virtual training sessions and team meetings

Qualifications:
