FT or PT, Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm, hourly based on experience. Paid holidays, Aflac supplemental insurance, uniforms, cell usage reimbursement, gas allowance. Year-round work. Personal vehicle required. We are one of NW San Antonio and Boerne’s top-rated handyman, repair, and remodeling companies. Since 2014, we have provided homes and businesses with a great customer experience. Under the Ace Hardware brand, we provide quality craftsmanship for repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects – both large and small – inside and outside. Due to high demand, we are expanding our team and are currently seeking highly motivated professionals with skills in multiple trades. We offer a W-2 position that allows the flexibility of an independent job. We find and schedule the jobs for you, and you provide the quality craftsmanship and customer service that our clients have come to expect. You will work out of your home, using your own truck or van to travel to job sites. Starting pay is $20-$30 per hour, depending on experience and capability. Performance will be reviewed, with the potential for pay increase after 30 days and 90 days. After 90 days, a $500 sign-on bonus will be paid if performance criteria are met. You must also display excellent customer service skills, including solid communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to interact in a positive way with a wide variety of different types of clients, as well as fellow employees, management, and office personnel. Specific Qualifications Successful prior track record as a Carpenter / Craftsman / Handyman Own standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades Own truck or van, properly insured Current and valid driver’s license Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong documentation and invoicing skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to pass a background check & drug screen #J-18808-Ljbffr
