Client Operations Specialist - Remote US

Handle client inquiries, account administration, and custodial processes with Charles Schwab and Fidelity. Serve as primary contact for service requests while maintaining compliance standards. Work in a collaborative, high‑touch environment with engaged clients. Ideal for candidates with financial planning or RIA experience. A boutique, high‑touch wealth management firm delivering personalized financial advisory services with a focus on exceptional client experience. We seek a detail‑oriented professional with exceptional communication and organizational skills who thrives in fast‑paced, service‑oriented environments. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong problem‑solving abilities and can independently resolve client and operational issues while effectively communicating with advisors, custodians, and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities Serve as primary contact for client service and operational inquiries, answering questions regarding accounts, paperwork, and custodial processes Process and manage account openings, transfers, maintenance requests, and cash movements to ensure seamless client experience Support financial advisors with account administration and client follow‑up to enhance service delivery Liaise with custodians to resolve issues efficiently and maintain operational excellence Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance standards are met while providing polished, professional client service Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in wealth management, RIA, or broker‑dealer environments. Hands‑on experience with custodial platforms such as Charles Schwab and/or Fidelity. Proven track record in client‑facing financial services roles. Strong understanding of investment account structures and financial planning workflows. Proficiency in end‑to‑end account lifecycle management, including openings, transfers, maintenance, and closures. Advanced ability to prepare and review client documentation with high accuracy. Ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines. High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive client information. Proficiency with CRM systems, portfolio management software, and document management tools. Advanced Microsoft Office or Google Workspace skills, with particular strength in Excel/Sheets. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required. Ability to liaise effectively with custodians to resolve operational issues efficiently.
