About the Role
The Company is seeking a Corporate Vice President for Claims Service Enablement. This leadership role is pivotal in driving the operational readiness, governance, and process improvement initiatives within the Claims and Benefits Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a centralized team that ensures the efficient and consistent delivery of claims services, in line with business and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include supporting operational control processes, partnering with various stakeholders to coordinate platform enhancements, and overseeing the delivery of claims-related reporting. The role also involves leading a team focused on operational performance, governance practices, and the overall experience for beneficiaries, agents, and customers.
