The Johns Hopkins Cardiovascular Diagnostic Laboratory (CVDL) Is a State-of-the-art Imaging Facility Performing Over 24,000 Diagnostic And Interventional Procedures Annually. We Treat The Following Conditions Congenital heart defects Coronary artery disease Cardiomyopathy Heart failure Peripheral vascular disease Valvular heart disease The CVDL operates eleven (11) procedure rooms. There are general areas within the CVDL: Cardiology Radiology Electrophysiology We Are Currently Searching For a Lead Cardiovascular Radiology Technologist To Join Our Elite Team. As Lead Cardiovascular Tech You Will Perform invasive procedures Optimize team performance by overseeing the multi-disciplinary team Proactively and consistently assist in solving issues/problems Promote teamwork between staff What Awaits You? Minimum Qualifications Graduate of an approved AMA School of Radiologic Technology BA or BS degree preferred Licensed by the Maryland Board of Physicians Quality Assurance as a Radiology Tech Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) Current ACLS/BLS certification CI, CV, RCES or HRS Certification Two and a half (2 ½) years’ experience in CVIL (full-time) Must have been a CVRT II at Johns Hopkins for a minimum of one (1) year optimal evaluations OR comparable outside experience Shift Full Time (40 hours) Day Shift (some flexibility with hours) Open to 5 – 8 hr shifts or 4 – 10 hour shifts Must be here at 7:00am on Thursdays Important Notices Authorization to Work in the United States:Applicants who require sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered for this position. Salary Range: Minimum 48.40/hour - Maximum 79.92/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
