DISPATCHER - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in a trade or service-based industry
- ServiceTitan proficiency
- Team spirit and a solid work ethic
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Willingness to keep learning and growing
Our ideal candidate has worked with plumbers before and has a solid foundation in plumbing knowledge.
YOUR WORK DAY
Every day will bring something different for our Dispatcher - Customer Service Rep, but you can expect to:
- Answer incoming phone calls and speak with customers respectfully/professionally
- Schedule service appointments, answer questions, and resolve any concerns or complaints
- Enter customer information and complete accurate data entry
- Efficiently dispatch plumbing technicians to upcoming jobs and stay in contact with them throughout the day
SCHEDULE
You'll be in our office from 7:15 am to 5:15 pm, Wednesday through Saturday .
