Kitchen Manager
Salary: $60,000-$80,000 + Bonus
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Kitchen Manager to join a high-volume, energetic restaurant concept. This is a great opportunity for a strong BOH leader who knows how to run a busy kitchen, develop a solid team, control costs, and maintain high standards without being afraid to jump in and help wherever needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the back-of-house team
- Manage daily kitchen operations in a high-volume environment
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Oversee food cost, labor, inventory, ordering, and waste
- Hire, train, coach, and retain kitchen team members
- Ensure proper food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Manage prep and production to support strong execution during peak shifts
- Maintain equipment and address repair and maintenance needs
- Work closely with the GM and management team to improve restaurant performance
- Create a positive, accountable kitchen culture
- Previous Kitchen Manager, BOH Manager, or similar restaurant leadership experience
- Strong experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Comfortable managing a fast-paced kitchen and large team
- Strong knowledge of food cost, labor management, inventory, and scheduling
- Proven ability to train and develop employees
- Hands-on leadership style
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Compensation
$60,000-$80,000 annually + bonus , depending on experience.
