Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team in South Windsor, CT. This is a 1st shift, temp-to-permanent opportunity offering competitive pay and long-term growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections on incoming, in-process, and finished products
• Verify products meet quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements
• Use measuring tools and inspection equipment to ensure accuracy
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records
• Identify defects and communicate issues to production or quality teams
• Support continuous improvement and compliance initiatives
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience in the aerospace industry
• Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience required
• Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and technical documents
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
