What We’re Looking For:

• Current Texas certification as a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC required)
• Experience serving school-based or pediatric populations strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Passion for guiding SLPA team members and flexibility in daily tasks
• Commitment to delivering high-quality interventions and evaluations

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conducting comprehensive speech/language evaluations for elementary-aged students
• Designing and implementing creative, evidence-based therapy plans
• Supervising SLPA staff, providing mentorship and guidance
• Managing a moderate caseload with individualized attention
• Maintaining strong documentation and participating in IEP meetings as needed
