Senior Systems Engineer

Senior Systems Engineer We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to provide technical leadership and oversight across complex system development efforts. Responsibilities Apply systems engineering principles throughout the full lifecycle, including requirements development, system architecture, design analysis, integration planning, verification and validation, and technical risk management. Develop, maintain, and assess models using modeling languages such as Systems Modeling Language (SysML) and Unified Architecture Framework Modeling Language (UAFML). Create system models, architectures and data models to facilitate interoperability. Proactively evaluate requirements and resource needs, identify risk and recommend mitigation strategies, while facilitating regular reviews to ensure planning evolves based on leadership priorities and changing stakeholder conditions. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients. Qualifications ABET accredited engineering degree or BS in a technical field. Minimum of 8 years related experience. Strong background in systems engineering, system architecture, and integration. Experience with multiple systems engineering tools (e.g., Cameo, DOORS, AFSIM). Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
