• Pharmacy Director for oncology pharmacy services.
• Oversees and leads the oncology pharmacy services teams, including Clinical Pharmacists and Clinical Pharmacist Specialists, Operational Staff Pharmacists, and Pharmacy Technicians.
• Oncology services spans inpatient and outpatient settings and includes adult and pediatric patients.
• The Director is vital for ensuring safe medication-related processes for these highly acute, complex populations.
• Plays a key role in ensuring financial stewardship with high-cost medications and directly impacts the growing clinic and infusion business lines.
• Responsibilities include medication management and safety and formulary management.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with executive leaders in the development of strategic goals and objectives, leading operational execution of goals and objectives, working with front line leaders to meet operational needs and modify work processes for enhanced care delivery, providing guidance as departmental decisions are made to better assess impact to the department, being an active participant in all conversations regarding program development, process improvement, and cross team projects, planning, coordinating, and controlling work within the department, aiding in the development of departmental budgets and helping ensure financial targets are met, driving high quality care delivery across all teams and functions related to medication therapy, working across teams and departments to meet the needs of patients and fellow healthcare professionals, and assessing performance across the team and driving professional development within teams.
