Skilled in using welding equipment, grinders, measuring tools, and hand/power tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, stand, and move throughout the shift. Solid work ethic dependable, safety-minded, and able to work independently or with a team. Willingness to learn new techniques, improve processes, and pitch in where needed. Strong communication skills to work effectively with leads, inspectors, and coworkers.
