Job Title: Truck Loader Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Salisbury, NC Pay: $13.50 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (1st Shift)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Truck Loader to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for packaging flooring products, inspecting materials for quality, loading products onto conveyors, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well with a team, and is committed to producing quality work while following safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull inner and outer bags over flooring products for packaging
• Inspect materials and finished products for defects or damage
• Place properly bagged rolls onto the conveyor system
• Load and move materials safely throughout the warehouse
• Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, packing, loading, or manufacturing experience
• Experience working in a production or distribution environment
• Familiarity with warehouse safety practices
