Location: Salisbury, NC
Pay: $13.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (1st Shift)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Truck Loader to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for packaging flooring products, inspecting materials for quality, loading products onto conveyors, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well with a team, and is committed to producing quality work while following safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Pull inner and outer bags over flooring products for packaging
- Inspect materials and finished products for defects or damage
- Place properly bagged rolls onto the conveyor system
- Load and move materials safely throughout the warehouse
- Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, packing, loading, or manufacturing experience
- Experience working in a production or distribution environment
