You’ll work with a collaborative interdisciplinary team focused on maximizing patient independence, recovery, and quality of life. Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized OT treatment programs Assist patients in improving functional independence in ADLs and mobility Collaborate closely with PT, SLP, and nursing staff Document treatments and progress in EMR per facility standards Educate patients and families on adaptive equipment and home exercises Active California Occupational Therapy (OT) license Current BLS Certification (AHA) SNF or rehab experience preferred (new grads welcome) Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills Competitive pay: $45–$50/hour (DOE) Weekly direct deposit Travel & housing stipends available (if eligible) Dedicated credentialing and onboarding support Contract extensions and temp-to-perm options available #J-18808-Ljbffr HiredFirst
