No Experience Is Necessary Chick-fil-A Bellevue is a great opportunity for people of all age groups and backgrounds with no experience necessary. We will teach you everything you need to know! Position Type: Full-time or Part-time Hours: We operate Monday through Saturday, 6:30am to 10:00pm. We have morning shifts available between 5:45am and 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. We have evening shifts available between 3:00pm and 10:45pm, Monday through Saturday. Team Member Responsibilities: Cook chicken to proper temperature. Assemble sandwiches and other menu items to be served to guests. Maintain a clean restaurant. Smile. Speak Enthusiastically. Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant. Multi-task often and move quickly, yet thoroughly. Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and have a strong work ethic. Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members. Adhere to Chick-fil-A Bellevue's rules and policies at all times. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements: Be at least 18 years old. Consistent and reliable. Cheerful and positive attitude. Loves serving and helping others. Be able to work in a high-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills . Works well independently and in a team environment. Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule. Have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
