Maintenance Technician Location: Grand Island, NE

Pay: $19.00+/hour DOE
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 12:00 AM
- 1st Shift OT: Start at 5:00 AM
- 2nd Shift OT: Work until 1:00 AM
- Install, relocate and remove production equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on machinery and facility systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
- Work with PLCs, AC/DC motors and production equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams and technical documents
- Assist with building maintenance including plumbing, carpentry and basic construction repairs
- Complete maintenance documentation and inspection records
- Coordinate repairs to minimize production downtime
- Follow all safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout requirements
- Support and train team members as needed
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with industrial maintenance and repair
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and changing priorities when needed
- Ability to work from ladders, scaffolding and lifts
- Ability to lift, carry and maneuver tools and equipment
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Must provide a basic set of personal hand tools
