Sr FP&A Analyst

Key Responsibilities Lead financial support for plant operations, including monthly close, variance analysis, and performance reporting. Partner closely with plant leaders to monitor performance, explain variances, and drive accountability to budget and forecasts. Analyze manufacturing and supply chain costs—production, inventory, and logistics—to identify key drivers and improvement opportunities. Contribute to and support budgeting and forecasting processes for plants and supply chain operations. Review and manage inventory performance, including excess/obsolete inventory, write‑offs, and operational drivers. Provide insights into cost absorption, production volumes, and operational efficiency. Support product costing and margin analysis for existing and new products. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Five or more years of experience in FP&A, Finance, or Controlling, preferably in manufacturing/plant finance and cost accounting. Proficiency in standard costing and cost absorption analysis. Experience with inventory analysis. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; advanced Excel proficiency; reporting tools preferred. Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively. Background in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems. Excellent business partnering skills and the ability to influence without authority. High attention to detail, accuracy, and a problem‑solving mindset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compensation The expected compensation range for this position is $84,980.00 to $124,630.00, plus discretionary bonuses. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and other legally permitted factors.
