Assistant Controller

Key Responsibilities For The Assistant Controller Lead month-end and year-end close activities across multiple entities and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules to maintain GAAP-compliant financial statements. Provide financial analysis and support to operational leadership on P&L, balance sheet, and other reporting needs. Strengthen accounting policies, internal controls, and process efficiencies across the organization. Support audit, tax, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory reporting activities. Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting team members while maintaining high accounting standards. Qualifications For The Assistant Controller Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA strongly preferred. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibility in an Assistant Controller or similar role. Experience within a high-volume construction environment is required. Strong ERP experience; NetSuite experience or NetSuite implementation exposure is a big plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
