Contract: 12 Months

Note:
- Must be local to DMV area with DL copy
- LinkedIn with location (before 2022)
- Recent or recent second project must be at the current location
Preferred: SAFe certification or experience, large-scale data projects, reporting dashboards, financial management systems, and experience developing user-friendly forms and business tools.
Important: This is a 4-days-onsite position in Washington, DC . Candidates must be located in the DC metropolitan area and must have a CSM/Agile certification .
Job Description
Client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Scrum Master to support financial management and operational functions within a large and complex organizational environment. This position will work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, development teams, and business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, facilitate Agile processes, and support successful delivery of transactional and compliance-driven systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both Business Analysis and Scrum Master responsibilities , with the ability to work effectively across multiple business units and navigate complex organizational structures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst and Scrum Master in a large enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies .
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification required.
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) .
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and user story development experience.
- Experience with transactional, compliance-driven, workflow, or reporting systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple business units and diverse teams.
- Experience working within complex, highly structured, or bureaucratic organizations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business requirements.
