What You Will Own: Lead day-to-day restaurant and bar operations with excellence, energy, and accountability Build and sustain an exceptional team culture rooted in respect, performance, and fun Create a guest experience that keeps people coming back for another round Hire, train, develop, and retain top talent Drive revenue, profitability, labor management, and cost controls Partner with culinary and bar leadership to execute a standout food and beverage program Maintain service standards, cleanliness, compliance, and operational consistency Lead the floor during high-volume service with confidence and presence Turn feedback into action and challenges into wins What We Are Looking For: Proven leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment Strong people leadership and team development skills Obsessed with guest experience (the good kind of obsessed) Understands financials, labor, inventory, and operational performance High emotional intelligence and strong conflict resolution skills Calm under pressure and sharp in the chaos Can build culture, not just schedules Passion for hospitality, food, sports, and creating great experiences Bonus Points If You: Have sports bar or elevated casual dining experience Love game-day energy and know how to maximize it Believe culture is not a poster on the wall—it is how you lead every day Why Lapper?
