AEL Helicopter Pilot - HAA

Coastal Elite Pro

Seeking experienced helicopter pilots to operate aircraft under Visual Flight Rules, ensuring compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations, Air Evac EMS Operations Manual, and relevant state and municipal regulations. Responsibilities include conducting preflight inspections, operating aircraft safely and efficiently following Rotorcraft Flight Manual, monitoring weather conditions, and reporting discrepancies for maintenance. Qualifications require a minimum of 2000 total flight hours, including 1500 helicopter hours, 1000 hours as pilot in command, and specific night flying experience. Candidates must hold a Rotorcraft-Helicopter Commercial Certificate and Rotorcraft-Helicopter Instrument Rating. Other requirements include a high school diploma, FAA medical certificate, and ability to meet physical and weight standards. Key skills involve safety awareness, adherence to regulations, weather monitoring, and aircraft operation.
