Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $100,000.00 Annually

SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals; collaborating with stakeholders across departments to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards; effectively managing technical projects; communicating with IT teams.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plans, executes, and delivers projects according to scope, timeline, and budget. Works with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. Develops detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management. Coordinates and leads cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. Monitors project performance, addresses challenges, and adapts plans as necessary. Facilitates communication between technical and non-technical team members. Conducts regular project reviews and provides updates to stakeholders and leadership. Ensures proper documentation of project processes, lessons learned, and best practices. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certificates, licenses and registrations required: PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification is advantageous. Database Software (PowerBI, Access, SQL.). Development Software. Spreadsheet Software (Excel). Inventory Software. Order Processing Systems. Project Management Software. Word Processing Software (Word). Electronic Mail Software (Outlook). Presentation software (PowerPoint). Other skills required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of project management experience. Experience in IT or technology-related projects is a plus. Familiarity with IT systems, software development life cycles, or automation tools is highly desirable. Proven ability to manage both technical and non-technical projects. Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for non-technical stakeholders. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Teams, MS Project). Strong background in IT or technology.
