Medical Education Program Administration Director

The client is seeking a Medical Education Program Administration Director to lead medical education program evaluation operations. This hybrid role supports both onsite and remote work in Pittsburgh, PA, and will direct the design and implementation of program evaluation measures, continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities, and accreditation-related efforts. Key responsibilities include directing program evaluation efforts and operations by assessing, designing, and implementing metrics and analyses; overseeing all aspects of accreditation activities, including self-studies, data collection, site visit preparation, and ongoing compliance monitoring; and developing and implementing CQI initiatives that extend beyond compliance. The director will ensure that required data collection and related reporting materials are accurate, timely, and complete; lead strategic and operational planning; and analyze outcomes, document findings, and communicate recommendations and improvements to internal stakeholders. The director will also contribute to educational research projects, support education and evaluation practices for faculty and staff, and manage annual budgeting along with related financial reporting, audits, and other activities. A bachelor’s degree is required, along with at least seven years of experience in CQI and accreditation, along with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams, knowledge of accreditation standards and regulatory compliance in higher education, and proficiency with MS Office Suite and relevant project management tools.
