Customer Solutions Associate

Our client is seeking a Customer Solutions Associate to join their team. As a Customer Solutions Associate, you will be part of the Customer Service and Supply Chain Support teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Solutions Associate

Location: Solon, OH Office (On-site required Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday, with eligibility for WFH on Monday and Friday)

Pay Range:29 W2

What's the Job?

• Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently
• Identify and resolve demand capture failures within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Monitor open orders regularly, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve blocked orders and optimize logistical efficiency
• Communicate with customers regarding out-of-stock issues, delivery delays, and other order-related concerns
• Partner with billing teams to resolve billing issues and provide comprehensive order status updates to stakeholders

What's Needed?

• Undergraduate degree is strongly preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in supply chain, order management, or related fields
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with SAP, BW, and Business Objects is a plus
