Responsibilities Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients Create hospice care plans that align with patients’ wishes and goals Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions Provide pain and symptom management Educate and support patients’ families and caregivers Collaborate with interdisciplinary team Maintain accurate and timely documentation Participate in on‑call rotation as required by local branch Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in the state of operation One year of nursing experience required; 3+ years preferred Experience in hospice or a similar setting preferred Knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order About Our Line of Business Allay Hospice, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is grounded in a foundational commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
