Sales Support/Event Specialist

To build on our market success, we’re searching for a highly driven customer service representative and events specialist to join our team. This is a dual-role position requiring work in the office and the field at various trade shows and community events. This position is responsible for generating leads and setting appointments for estimates successfully. Our ideal candidate is committed to excellence, professional, positive, and sincere. About the Position Work alongside the CSR team to manage incoming leads: phone, email, and web submission Set appointments for outside sales/roofing estimators Prepare estimates for Home Care customers and follow up on bids Event Lead Generation - Assist with event load in and load out, attend events as lead generator/event specialist Outbound calling as needed to follow up on potential leads Ability to effectively manage CRM, including setting up new profiles and maintaining existing ones Understanding of and implementation of lead qualification standards when setting appointments Consistent management of lead pipeline - moving leads through the funnel to set appointments Administrative duties associated with leads and sales Teamwork and motivational skills Maintain a problem-resolution-oriented frame of mind Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment Requirements Experience in event marketing and lead generation Ability to provide professional and positive customer experiences Previous experience with a CRM or equivalent system Understanding of sales principles and customer service practice Excellent communication skills: phone, email, in-person Must be flexible with changing priorities and schedules that align with office shifts as well as event shifts A genuine commitment to teamwork and doing right by others and alignment with our core values: committed to excellence, professional, positive, and sincere #J-18808-Ljbffr
