Precision HR is currently hiring Substitute Paraprofessionals to support students of all grade levels in person in Alexandria, MN.

Pay: $22/hour — paid weekly
Schedule: Monday through Friday, school-day hours

Qualifications:
You’ll need one of the following:

• At least 60 college credits or an Associate’s degree
• A passing score on the ParaPro Assessment

Your role will include:

• Supporting students with academic and behavioral growth, including IEP goals
• Collaborating with classroom teachers to enhance learning experiences
• Creating a safe, inclusive space where every student feels valued
