This role combines account development, transportation sales, and operational collaboration to ensure customers receive exceptional service and long-term value.

Business Development & Customer Management

• Generate new freight opportunities and cultivate long-term customer relationships.
• Manage and expand an active portfolio of transportation accounts.
• Develop growth strategies to increase business with existing customers.
• Identify opportunities for account penetration and revenue growth.
• Maintain high levels of responsiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor transportation markets and identify emerging opportunities.

Transportation Solutions & Freight Execution

• Support Dry Van, Reefer, FTL, Intermodal, Drayage, Specialized Equipment, Over-Dimensional, and Multi-Modal transportation services.
• Develop pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability.
• Collaborate with Carrier Development and Operations teams to support execution.
• Maintain strong carrier relationships and service standards.
• Resolve service interruptions, claims, and transportation challenges.
• Ensure customer expectations are consistently met.

Systems & Performance

• Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to maintain accurate records.
• Monitor account activity and performance metrics.
• Maintain documentation and customer information within company systems.
• Support process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximize service quality.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $60,000 $125,000
