Job Description Therapy-Speech Therapy (Highland Hills) Open Speech Therapist –Full time Highland Hills location Pediatric Outpatient Setting Achievement Centers for Children is a Cleveland, Ohio based non-profit organization that is nationally recognized for its excellence in helping children with disabilities and their families achieve and thrive. Employment with us is rewarding personally and professionally. This outpatient position offers a unique opportunity to be an integrated member of a multidisciplinary team in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate is a speech language pathologist who has previous work or internship experience working with young children and their families. Requirements and Qualifications: Current Speech Therapy license or eligibility for licensure in the State of Ohio. Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team approach Responsibilities: Provide speech therapy to clients in outpatient multidisciplinary team setting Complete documentation in a timely manner consistent with agency and therapy department policies and procedures. Collaborate, consult, and plan with other team members Attend supervision, departmental, and agency meetings. Attend continuing education opportunities to maintain current licensure. Participate with supervisor in developing and implementing a plan for professional growth aligned with annual performance evaluation and agency goals. Serve on agency committees.
