Provide technical and engineering Tier‑3 support by troubleshooting system failures or degradations and restoring equipment to full operational capability. Deliver 24  7 call‑in support for critical operational system discrepancies. Integrate, test, and optimize systems with enterprise‑wide infrastructures, services, and databases. Develop and maintain technical documentation.
