SUMMARY

Thisis an entry level position assisting in daily Front of House operations.Maintain all aspects of the service areas. Serve as a support to the DiningRoom team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Demonstrates knowledge of basic dining roomstandards and etiquette
2. Polishing/Distributing all types of glasses andsilverware
3. Demonstrates knowledge of table numbers
4. Able to clear/set/reset a table
5. Delivers food from the kitchen to the guests
6. Ability to present a table side service of CesarSalad
7. Location/Retrieval of Ice
8. Assists with side work and cleaning before, during,and after each shift

QUALIFICATIONS

2. Mustbe at least 16 years of age 3. Mustbe well-groomed and well-presented 4. Musthave reliable transportation

1. Familiarity withForbes Standards
2. Ability tocommunicate in a language other than English, preferably Spanish or French
3. Certification inalcohol awareness program
4. Certification inCPR

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

1. Must be able tolift 30+ lbs.
2. Able to stand, bendand walk for long periods of time
3. Frequent oroccasional need to perform the following physical activities: reaching,bending, pushing, pulling, twisting, lifting and climbing
