Remote SaaS Solutions Implementer & Adoption Specialist

Convergys Corporation

Convergys is seeking a Solutions Implementation Specialist to drive product adoption and customer engagement in their SaaS environment. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Consulting teams to provide exceptional implementations and ensure customer success. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years in Business Management Consulting, excellent project management skills, and experience with Smartsheet, Jira, and Salesforce integrations.
