Own a property tax book end-to-end. Residential throughout the season; commercial year-round. We represented around 1,500 homeowners last season across Collin and Denton. We are expanding into Tarrant and Dallas for 2027, and we are building the commercial line from a standing start. This seat carries both. What you would cover Case analysis: Read an appraisal notice cold, split land value from improvement value, and build the comparable-sales and equity argument, and know which of the two is actually worth arguing. The informal window: Work values directly with district appraisers before a formal date is ever reached. Most of our wins should land here. Formal ARB hearings: Present the evidence, handle the panel, and know when to take an arbitration or appeal path instead of accepting an offer. County coverage: Collin, Denton, Tarrant, and Dallas each behave differently. You keep the record of who is reasonable, what argument worked, and what each district wants to see. Commercial acquisition: See commercial owners in person. Our founder opens the door, you walk through it, and ask for the business. Ask again next year if the answer is no this year. Commercial casework: Income and expense statements, rent rolls, business returns. Commercial turns on documents, residential never touches. The seasonal team: When we bring on seasonal agents in the spring, you help train them and you are the person they call from a district parking lot. The client side: Deliver results to homeowners and owners, ask for the referral, and turn one closed case into five. Whom this is built for appraiser, a commercial broker, a CRE analyst, or a consultant with commercial files behind them. Comfortable walking into a district office and having a friendly, direct conversation with someone who has heard the same argument forty times that week. Texas Property Tax Consultant licensed, or willing to get licensed. We will guide you and cover expenses. Organized enough to carry a live case list through a season without anything falling through. What we teach you: our evidence system, the comps, the equity grids, the arbitration, and appeal paths, and how each district actually behaves. Compensation [60,000-70,000] base, year-round.
