Purchasing Buyer

Key Responsibilities Manage indirect procurement activities and vendor relationships Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in accordance with company policies Partner with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and ensure timely fulfillment Maintain accurate vendor and purchasing data within company systems Monitor order status and resolve invoice or supplier discrepancies Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures Support continuous improvement initiatives within the purchasing function Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required Preferred: Minimum 2 years of experience in indirect procurement and/or vendor management Experience using Ariba ; exposure to SAP is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective communication and customer service abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment What We’re Looking For A fast learner with both strong technical aptitude and soft skills A reliable and collaborative team member who takes ownership of their work #J-18808-Ljbffr Manpower San Diego
