Orthopedic Physical Therapist

Intermountain Health seeks an Orthopedic Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation to patients with musculoskeletal and post-surgical conditions. In our patient-centered, team-based environment, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons and multidisciplinary providers. Responsibilities include patient and family education, thorough EMR documentation, participation in quality and process improvement, and contribution to a culture of compassion, integrity, and continuous learning while supporting community health across the region.
