WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

If you meet the following criteria, we want you as our LPN - Nurse Supervisor!

• Valid Virginia LPN license
• 3+ years of assisted living experience

Excellent critical thinking, independent decision‑making, and strong attention to detail are preferred.

DAY-TO-DAY

This is a full-time evening position, working 2 PM – 10 PM .

As our LPN - Nurse Supervisor, you'll guide each evening with confidence, administering medications with precision, overseeing Direct Care Staff, processing physician orders, and maintaining seamless communication among residents, families, and your team. You'll handle emergent situations with calm expertise while ensuring the care team feels supported, and residents feel safe, heard, and well‑cared for.
