Registered Nurse Cath Lab

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum of two (2) years in a Cath Lab setting License: Current nursing license in good standing or Compact State Certifications: BLS & ACLS Must-Have: ADN Description: You will be responsible for direct patient care and the administration of medications. You will utilize sterilization techniques necessary in the Cath Lab. You will act as the patient's advocate while assisting the physician with procedures performed in the Cath Lab. Procedures include cardiovascular studies/interventions and special procedure studies/interventions. You are required to be on call for 9 to 10 days per month. The schedule consists of 4 ten-hour shifts.
