Why Join Superior Comfort Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 Company truck, gas card, phone, tablet, and uniforms provided Health, dental, and vision insurance options after 90 days 401(k) and Roth 401(k) with employer match up to 4% Paid holidays and vacation time Continuous training and career growth opportunities Supportive team culture with long-term stability Responsibilities As a Residential Licensed Service Plumber, you will: Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures, including toilet replacements, faucet replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairs Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential homes Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills on every job Maintain strong customer service and clear communication with homeowners Attend periodic manufacturer and in-house training classes Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures Manage proper inventory of equipment, tools, and parts needed for repairs Complete accurate documentation of all service and maintenance calls Handle physical workloads of at least 50 lbs.
