About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 2 years Cath lab experience required License: Active nursing license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS (must have at time of submission) Must-Have: On-call required Description: Position available for a Registered Nurse in the Cath Lab. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience. First-timers are accepted for this role. Clinicians must float within scope to meet facility needs. Local candidates are accepted at the same rate. All Requests for Time Off must be included at the time of submission. Travelers must be nicotine-free with a negative drug screening required. Candidates should be aware that time-sensitive modules must be prioritized after confirmation of assignment. References from direct supervisors or managers will be required. Candidates must have experience with charting in Epic. Specific skills required include diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, procedural sedation, and dysrhythmia management. Candidates must be prepared to meet ongoing competency requirements. Travelers will need to complete modules before starting, and these are non-billable. Strict compliance with facility policies is expected. A smoke-free environment is maintained.
