Laborer

Job Overview:Primoris Energy Services is seeking a Laborer, Civil to perform general manual labor tasks and support construction activities on various civil projects, specifically at the Rayburn site. This role involves assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.Responsibilities:*** Perform general labor duties, including but not limited to, digging, lifting, carrying materials, and cleaning work areas.* Assist in the setup and breakdown of construction sites, including placing and removing barricades, cones, and signage.* Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and other vehicles.* Operate hand and power tools under supervision, as required.* Clean and maintain tools and equipment.* Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.* Assist skilled tradespersons (e.g., pipefitters, welders, operators) as needed.* Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.Qualifications:*** High School Diploma or GED preferred.* Prior experience in construction or industrial settings is a plus, but not required.* Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.* Strong commitment to safety and adherence to all safety regulations.* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.* Reliable transportation to and from the job site (Rayburn).* Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.Company Overview:Primoris Energy Services is a major direct-hire contractor in the U.S. delivering self-performed turnkey industrial construction and EPC services.
