As an Assistant Manager, you will be assisting in all aspects of daily operations with a focus on achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service. Job Responsibilities Drive this top-performing location to break national company records Infuse the team with a passion for creating outstanding customer experiences Foster a positive work environment that encourages ideas and innovative problem solving Coach performance through available metrics and encourage associate's professional growth through achievement and accountability Implement and execute systems/processes consistent with a high performing franchise Create visual tracking and analytical reports using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; 80% of the time is customer‑facing, however, you will also be responsible for administrative tasks including, but not limited to, scheduling, inventory, and reporting Organize outreach and marketing events Required Skills A passion for people and sales!
