We’re seeking a Service Technician who specializes in Roofing. This is a critical field-based role that ensures top-tier quality control across installations. If you're hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to lead projects to success, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

The Roof Service Technician is responsible for inspecting roofing systems, identifying leak sources, performing repairs, and documenting findings. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Perform roof inspections and leak investigations on residential, multifamily, and commercial properties

Identify roofing deficiencies and determine appropriate repair solutions

Complete roofing repairs safely and according to Colony Roofers standards

Capture detailed before, during, and after photos of all work performed

Create clear inspection and repair reports using company software

Communicate professionally with homeowners, tenants, property managers, and site contacts

Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment

Follow all safety policies and OSHA requirements

What We're Looking For

Roofing experience required - Steep Slope & Low-Slope Experience is preferred

Strong knowledge of roofing systems, leak detection, and repair techniques

Valid driver's license

Ability to work independently and manage daily service assignments
