Echo Sonographer – Pediatric Echocardiography

Title: Echo Sonographer – Pediatric Echocardiography

Schedule:

• Shift: 12H Rotating (Day/Night)
• On-call Hours:
• Saturday: 8am-10pm (14 hours)
• Sunday: 8am-10pm (14 hours)
• Monday: 5pm-5am (12 hours)

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements:

• Certification: ARDMS or CCI in pediatric echocardiography (RDCS-PE or RCS-PE) required
• Minimum of 3 years of independent pediatric echo scanning experience required
• Experience in fetal echocardiography preferred
• Strong knowledge of complex congenital heart disease, cardiac surgical repairs, and pediatric cardiac anatomy
• Ability to scan independently in critical care areas (Neonatal ICU, Pediatric ICU)
• Experience with pediatric patients and family-centered care
• Current AHA BLS certification
• EKG recognition required
• EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required

• Reliable transportation is required; public transportation is not accessible in this area. Personal or rental vehicles are strongly recommended.
• All work history information must be complete and employment gaps over 30 days must be explained.
