As a Security Officer Lobby Security Desk in Louisville, KY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Officer at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, where you will welcome visitors, manage front desk activity, monitor entry points, and support security-related access processes with professionalism and care. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, managing front desk activity, and supporting security-related protocols for a professional aerospace and defense location.
• Monitor visitor access, confirm credentials and/or required documentation, issue directions, and communicate entry requirements in alignment with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate channels when needed.
• Answer phones, support check-in and sign-in processes, maintain accurate front desk records, and report security-related issues, maintenance concerns, and/or policy questions to site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Security Experience ‐ 2+ Years.
• 40 WPM Minimum Requirement.
• 21+ Years of Age.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
