North State Mechanical is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager for commercial and government projects, HVAC Mechanical or general experience required need at least 10 years trade experience and 5 years supervisory experience, Benefit package, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401K, Truck and Paid Vacation, Holidays, Competitive Pay.

Job Summary
- To provide leadership and to establish and maintain effective and harmonious working relationships with all those involved in the project.
- To meet at regular intervals with the customer
- To coordinate the functions of the scheduling and purchasing departments as they relate to progress.
- To have a complete and thorough knowledge and understanding of the Contract Documents, the Scope of Work, Material Contracts and Subcontracts.
- To see that the prescribed quality control measures are implemented and maintained.
